In this reflection I talk about two events this week that made me realize that I'm functioning authentically, responsibly and purposefully. The Self

In this reflection I contend with different versions of the self. Uppercase ”S”

In this reflection I fully explain RICO as a framework to invisible (psychological) harm ... as the sum-total to smaller, more isolated events. Uppercase "S" represents significance that is pronounced (or criminal) as juxtaposed to lowercase "s" that is isolated and seemingly insignificant. The Social Dilemma

In this reflection I explore facets of the social world that make it difficult for me to connect with others. Confronting the Hidden

In this reflection I try to confront psychological harm that is hard to prove. Political warning: I use the Georgia RICO indictments as a framework to this discussion. In this reflection, I talk about business, education and therapy to unpack structural violence as a concept and my relationship to it. In this reflection I talk about getting to the growth level of Maslow's hierarchy of self- actualization and the sacrifices that are required.
