Destruction vs Expansion

In this reflection I consider my destructive past as related to my creative future.

It’s Happening

In this reflection I process a season of growth regarding the integrated, synthesized me. Push in and Push Out

This reflection is the closing (and ultimate point) of "The Public and the Private" reflection released last week. I confront when I am assertive and when I withdraw. There is a strong Enneagram focus throughout the discussion. Note: The sound quality is lower (there was background noise).

The Private and the Public

In this reflection, I talk about authenticity juxtaposed within two different spheres: Public vs Private.

Note: There is roughly a five minute pause around Minute 55. I was thinking and thought I hit the pause button. Clearly, I did not. Oops.

Being a Gifted INTJ8

In this reflection I consider the ways Giftedness, INTJness and Type 8-ness overlap. Learning and Change

In this reflection I consider this podcast and my learning around authenticity and vulnerability. I also discuss my plans for behavioral change.
