This is a podcast about personality theory and personal development. Primarily using MBTI, the host, an INTJ, talks about living out loud as an introverted intuitive-- a function that only INTJs and INFJs lead with (making up only 4% of the population). Leadership and Te (TeFi?) Drama
Friday Oct 16, 2020
Friday Oct 16, 2020
In this reflection I share a current struggle I am having with my two judging functions relating to leadership. My Fi has decided that I don't want to do leadership in the job (only in my business). However, my Te takes over (instinctively) and seeks to improve the organizations for which I am a member. In this discussion I consider the difference between skill, talent and superpowers. I consider employee status versus entrepreneurship status (as relating to those talents). Finally, I consider visibility and open contests for space (as both an inclination and a responsibility).

The Real Value of Typology
Friday Oct 16, 2020
Friday Oct 16, 2020
In this reflection I talk about typology as an intellectual past time or as a diagnostic tool. I argue, however, that it is ultimately about being better in the world and making the world a better place. In the conversation, I briefly discuss Bloom's Taxonomy, the TeFi axis, emotional intelligence and intuition as a thinking function.

The Body Knows
Thursday Oct 15, 2020
Thursday Oct 15, 2020
In this reflection I explore the body as a place of intelligence (not just the head.. or the heart for that matter). I briefly discuss the three instincts of type EIGHT in the Enneagram system. Finally, I talk about the Your-Ni-Dom project as born from my instinct and the way I want to move forward (and the anti-racist people I.want to attract).

Talking Te
Thursday Oct 15, 2020
Thursday Oct 15, 2020
In this reflection I talk about the healing work and growth of extroverted thinking (Te). This reflection was inspired by another podcast community and I spend time considering the overlap between my conversations and theirs. I end this reflection talking about the nature-nurture state of cognitive functions, making claim that racism (along with sexism and poverty) plays a role in how our functions are experienced.

Saturday Oct 10, 2020
In this reflection I talk about different ways of recognizing and dealing with bullying behavior. I come from a personal perspective and a professional one. In this reflection, I also consider different reactions to bullies based on Enneagram Type 8 and Enneagram Type 5.

Te in the Middle
Sunday Sep 27, 2020
Sunday Sep 27, 2020
This reflection starts and end with a conversation about how INTJs can or cannot connect to FPs (people with Fi in the top of their stack); however, in the middle I talk about a number of (non)related topics: 1) learning theory and deep learning; 2) NT observation versus action; and 3) TeFi dynamics. In all, it is a reflection that explores Te as middle function between Ni and Fi.
