This is a podcast about personality theory and personal development. Primarily using MBTI, the host, an INTJ, talks about living out loud as an introverted intuitive-- a function that only INTJs and INFJs lead with (making up only 4% of the population). Knowing Your Truth
Sunday Jun 06, 2021
Sunday Jun 06, 2021
The main point of this reflection is about accepting your inner truths particularly when they do not match outside messaging. Towards the end, I read from an article (from the Internet) that lists 12 traits of a narcissistic family structure. I use the article to help me organize and confront my own truth. It does get a little emotional in the middle but I don't stay in the sadness for țoo long. Random talking points: business as income versus business as mission work; job satisfaction and income recovery; and the unmet needs of my inferior Se.

Sadness and the Racy Brain
Sunday Jun 06, 2021
Sunday Jun 06, 2021
This reflection is about me thinking through a phenomenon I call the "racy brain" and exploring its correlation to sadness. Random talking points: causation versus correlation; attention and focus; attraction and emotion; liberatory education and power; social capital and knowing; leisure, labor and access; and loving inside of toxic scripts.

The Hot Car and the Parking Lot
Saturday Jun 05, 2021
Saturday Jun 05, 2021
This reflection is about managing conflict with people you love. The listener should link it to the episode entitled, "Calm Before the Storm." This is an event based reflection and was recorded while sitting in a hot car (as my strategy for conflict management). In that this reflection is in real time to the event being discussed, my under-developed Fi is noticeably present (code for "there is some drama"). Random talking points: different types of reflections; religion; narcissistic family structure (along with the scapegoat and the golden child); SF (sensor/feeler) relatedness; Fe maintaining the matrix; being good/doing good; truth versus knowledge; and being a truth teller.

The Sensory Challenge
Wednesday Jun 02, 2021
Wednesday Jun 02, 2021
This is an impression driven reflection. Relating to the sensory world, people, self-actualization, healing and intergenerational trauma, I find my way to "the sensory challenge" (as the pre-language truth). Central theme: Enneagram Type 8 integration/disintegration.

Tuesday Jun 01, 2021
This reflection mainly talks about two bookends: closing the school year and family time. In between those two moments is a period of calm that I am trying to recognize and embrace. Main talking points: Romantic Attraction, Systems Theory, Family Systems Theory, Intergenerational Trauma, and Positive Thinking.

The Invisible
Saturday May 22, 2021
Saturday May 22, 2021
After some context setting and housekeeping notes, this reflection is about Ni and Fi traits (in the Meyers Briggs personality system). Using two websites, I read out loud traits associated with each and then consider the ways in which I do/do not relate.
