The Irrational

In this reflection I consider my spirituality and my struggle with it as an irrational part of my being. I also contend with several scriptures to help make plain the hidden laws and principles of greatness. Finally I challenge myself to rethink my current struggles as spiritual -- and embrace it ultimately as irrationally rational. A Non- Negotiable

White Supremacy

In this reflection I think through a morning impression that I had about white supremacy. This episode is Part II to the previous episode entitled, "The Impression". Main themes: Instruction; Law and order; and Red herrings.

The Impression

This morning, I awakened to a grand impression relating to white supremacy. I used this reflection to lay the ground for that discussion. Please understand that I never actually discuss white supremacy in this episode. Instead, I spend half the time talking about impressions as related to introverted intuition. The second half is then about the work space when irrational behavior is presented as rational. I conclude the reflection with a question about the irrational (especially since it's presented as rational). Note: I plan to answer this question in the episode that follows as a Part II. Framing

In this reflection, I consider four philosophies as a frame for existential meaning making. The Lesson

In this reflection, I confront the absurdity of trying to change the system and, at the same time, rank up in it. I also acknowledge that some growth points are so substantive that the lesson must be repeated until we truly get it. Finally. I confess that I'm just not there yet. Hence, the lesson continues. My Dad’s Sister

Another situation.

Confession and Confusion

Main themes: Defining introverted intuition; exploring leadership as related to the organization versus leadership as related to the self; and security as an issue of sensing or of self-preservation.

Iconoclastic and Gifted

This reflection starts off talking about being an iconoclast and ends talking about being gifted. To complete this reflection, I read from two texts ("Gifts Differing" and "Can You Hear the Flowers Singing"). In the end, I come to terms with the interrelatedness between INTJ, Type 8 and Gifted people. Supportive themes: Divergency; Excitability; Sensitivity; Perceptivity; and Entelechy. Coercion by Correction

In this reflection, I inadvertently bring two events together to unpack the sociology of being... as related to power, superiority and authority. Much of it explores social norms around being a woman and looking at gender through the intersection of race (as well as class).
