Most of this reflection is a response to some YouTube content on teacher challenges and the current mass teacher exodus. In it, I both advocate for teachers and challenge them (to organize and push for change). I also share my story of being a school leader who has returned to teaching (and seeing a real gap in leadership across the board!). While I deviated from my typical focus in this episode, I still ended it with a personal growth assignment for all (regarding leadership).
