When Fear is the Problem

In this reflection I finally accept fear as the core barrier to my growth. The Learning Curve

In this reflection I push through old lessons to get to a new lesson (self-acceptance). Things get a little emotional towards the end but I work my way through it. Being Direct

In the past week, I've been accused of being both direct and indirect. I use this reflection to interrogate what seems like a contraction. In the end, I come to terms with directness being a condition of context: who, what, when, where and why. Additional themes: Leadership; Courtship; Trauma; Self-care; and Analysis. Bastardized Growth

In this reflection I talk about elevation, integration and calibration. In short, growth is about all three. When we don't integrate and calibrate, we bastardize the growth. Vulnerability

In this reflection I consider how I handle being vulnerable as an INTJ8. Supporting Themes: Work place politics; White facility; Power and the racial elite; Emotional intimacy; and Dating.

Dominance

In this reflection I try to come to terms with being a soft-dominant person. The first 20 minutes however is about dating, sex and attraction. Typology: Social-8; Te and Ti and INTJ8 versus INTJ5.

Elevation

In this reflection I talk about being in a good place and how this project has helped me do some deep, painful and important work.

The Un-unified Self

In this reflection I consider different components of the self and the ways those components do not function as one system. Related themes: Instinct; Control; Vocabulary and appearing smart; and The ways the Enneagram and Meyers Briggs personality systems differ. Typology: Extroverted feeling; Social Interaction; and Instinctual subtypes.

Polyamory

In this reflection I consider the non- sexual benefits of a polyamorous lifestyle. Inspired by: Not Your Therapist (Polyamory Story Hour). Additional themes: A rich socio-emotional life based on three different relationships (familial, romantic and platonic); childfree and childless; emotional intelligence, communication and other high level skills; and the mistreatment/ misalignment of platonic relationships. Doing Good

In this reflection I consider extraverted thinking from both the dominant (hero) position and the auxiliary (parent) position. This reflection was inspired by INFJinx (ENTJ vs INTJ). Typology: Ni; Te; Ne; Ti; Fe.
