Attempting to discuss the "rubber band" metaphor, I fall into a rabbit hole early on about self actualization. In the end, I challenge myself (and the listener) to consider three domains of wellness (structural, emotional and spiritual) that, at some point, will need to be integrated into a single wellness plan.
