The Social Dilemma

In this reflection I explore facets of the social world that make it difficult for me to connect with others. Confronting the Hidden

In this reflection I try to confront psychological harm that is hard to prove. Political warning: I use the Georgia RICO indictments as a framework to this discussion. Structural Violence

In this reflection, I talk about business, education and therapy to unpack structural violence as a concept and my relationship to it. Next Level Growth

In this reflection I talk about getting to the growth level of Maslow's hierarchy of self- actualization and the sacrifices that are required. Ground Zero

In this reflection I contend with the concept of prosperity (as in self-actualization) and the structures needed to not just be great-- but to walk in automated and continuous greatness! Spiritual Self- Acceptance

In this reflection, I explore the self as a spiritual entity and the complications associated with accepting it as a core truth of being. Negotiating and Navigating

In this reflecting I talk about negotiating several experiences when they are not enough (or not to my liking) and navigating my way through those negotiations (especially when others are [and their ego/ feelings] are involved). Subtype, Just Right, Let’s Fight, Alright

In this reflection I explore four separate themes to help me contend with one problem I have yet to solve (even though I have been seriously trying!). Truth

In this reflection I confront a difficult truth about abuse and "my person." Trigger warning: For anyone who has experienced childhood abuse, please listen with care. Critical notes: 1) I use the F- bomb (don't listen around children); and 2) I talk briefly about the indictments of Donald Trump (using it as a metaphor to something else).
