In this reflection, I lean into the social sciences and my academic research on power. I share my thinking about power-over and power-under as being two sides of the same coin. I then contrast the power-over/power-under phenomenon against power-sharing. Finally, I talk about the matrix and the natural ways we all participate in the one of the two interpersonal power-structures.
