In this reflection I contend with likeability as relating to friendliness, agreeableness and gender. Supporting themes: Gender penalty; support groups; therapy; Intergenerational and childhood trauma. This reflection was influenced in part by 1) Beatrice Chestnut ("The Complete Enneagram"); and 2) Leadership Mindset (Are you agreeable and likeable?").
