It's in the Conjunction

In this reflection I posit that conjunctions help to give nuance. Centering much of this conversation around race, gender and personality, I challenge the listener to consider deeper ways to know people beyond the obvious. Note: this reflection has a fair degree of disjointedness in that I fell into a few exciting rabbit holes. All the same, I was able to bring them together for one consideration around the nuance that can be derived from the words "but" and "and".
